AJ’s Cakes & Bakes is a quirky cake business which makes spectacular brownies, cakes, cupcakes and baked treats for all occasions. Everything is freshly baked each day and locally made for our office pop-ups and market stalls across London. ​

AJ is the founder and owner who started her home bakery at 20 years old from her Mum's home kitchen - which is exactly where she bakes everything today! AJ's brownies are made with 55% dark chocolate and British butter - Super yum just look at that photo!

​We want everyone to enjoy a sweet treat. Whether it's a cake, brownie or pie. For those with allergies and dietary requirements an indulgent brownie, cake or bake can be difficult to find. Therefore we have recipes which are eggless, vegan and gluten free, so no one misses out – we can’t wait for you to try!

AJ’s Cakes & Bakes ethos is inspired by Proverbs 16:24 - Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
